For this ALL IN experience, I will be your facilitator and coach. My name is Alexander VandeLaar, and I've directly coached over 1,000 entrepreneurs and ambitious leaders over the past 15 years.
And specifically in the past six years, I've led mastermind groups and retreats all around the world. I'm the former founder of a company called Blacksheep Masterminds and have led other mastermind retreats with several other groups, including The Fellowship, Skool, and Quantum Collective.
I've also built multiple coaching businesses, hosted the largest Skool IRL event that raised over $100K for charity, and won the Skool Games 3 times.
Outside of the realms of business, I've been studying and applying personal development and spiritual transformation, working under teachers and traditions from all over the world.

An in-person mastermind retreat offers additional space for deeper work and connection.
Your membership includes access to this optional retreat at a discounted member arrangement. You don't pay the regular full ticket price—members only pay for accommodation and food. These costs are separate from your membership. Dates, location, and accommodation and food costs will be shared before you decide to attend.
